Dahab Coachhouse
The Dahab Coachhouse lies in the heart of Dahab and is owned by Nina & Mikkas.
When we arrived in Dahab for the first time in 2002 we instantly fell for this little town, which makes even the most stressed-out person feel at ease after just a few days. Since then we have chosen Dahab as our holiday destination as often as possible and when, during the Christmas of 2005, the house was offered to us we were unable to refuse. We instantly saw this atmospheric house as a place where we could have an alternative working life.
Our wish is to provide our guests with an environment, which provides tranquility and room for thought in the midst of this foreign culture. At the same time we wish to contribute to our guests finding new energy in their everyday lives through the encounter with Egyptian culture and the magnificent nature.
We left Denmark permanently in the spring of 2006 and began the completion of the house. Now the Dahab Coachhouse is a pearl of a guesthouse with 7 double bedrooms, lying in a palm grove in the centre of town and just 100 paces from the Red Sea.
The Dahab Coachhouse is cozy and the décor is inspired in equal parts by the two cultures.
In order to meet the demands of most of our guests all rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV and the possibility for internet access. In the courtyard there is a communal kitchen with a fridge and a freezer.
